A casual flow created by the space planning and combined with subtle contemporary details, present a cohesive design that is functional and attractive.
Q: What was the inspiration behind the design for this residence?
Located along the west side of A1A, this custom residence presents a contemporary façade with minimal detailing to help maintain the simplicity of the salt marsh and scrub oaks surrounding the site. The western exposure is situated to capture the stunning sunsets over the water and the space planning was designed to provide a retreat from the owner’s busy schedule.

We are so proud to have been a part of this project. The owners were great to work with and presented some fantastic ideas.

A medium sized family that love to entertain and are looking for a place to get away from the hectic schedules of everyday life.
